How to book a meeting instead of your client

 

If for some reason your client themself cannot book a meeting with you at this moment and asks you to do it for them, please go to the “Schedule” section and click on the "Book" button

  • Choose the Service you need
  • Click "Add Booking"

  • Once in your calendar, select the desired date and time
  • Click "Book"
  • Enter the customer's phone number including the country code (mandatory field)
  • Enter the client's first and last name (optional)
  • Enter the customer's email address (optional)
  • Click "Send booking details"

After that, a new booked meeting will appear in the “Schedule” section.
